BakatFit.com FAQ
BakatFit CMS is an online platform that enables individuals and organizations to assess, track, and validate employee competencies using a structured, user-friendly system. It helps map skills, identify gaps, and support professional development through comprehensive assessments and dashboards.
You can register as an individual by providing your details and verifying your email. If your company has already registered you, you may have multiple accounts and can switch roles easily within the platform. Logging in requires your registered email and password.
Your user profile allows you to update personal information, manage your email and password, and select your position level (Top Management, Middle Management, Executive, Non-Executive). You can also switch between different roles if you have multiple accounts.
Complete your profile and select your position and skill groups (up to 5 per assessment).
Take the assessment, which is divided into sections (demographics, skills, technology inventories).
Use the assessment ruler to indicate your competency level and provide justifications for higher levels.
Submit your assessment for validation by a guest or external assessor.
Skill groups are based on your position level. If your desired skill group isn’t available, you can request it from the CMS admin, who will review and update the list within 24 hours.
After submission, you must make a payment to proceed with validation. You can select your preferred validator type (Guest or External Assessor) and manage subscriptions directly on the platform. Validation results and feedback are available in your dashboard.
The dashboard provides a clear overview of your assessment progress, validation status (accepted or rejected), and feedback from validators. You can view detailed summaries and justification for each competency level achieved.
If a validator rejects your assessment, you’ll receive feedback and can update the validator details to resubmit your assessment for validation.
You can take a new assessment every two months. Validation requests must be submitted within 1.5 months of completing an assessment.
